Musselburgh Racecourse named third-best racing venue in UK
The ranking was awarded by OLBG and OLBG Racing, which scored the venue 6.47 out of 10.
This assessment was based on several factors, including ticket prices, transport accessibility, review scores, social media followings, article sentiment, search data and the number of race days throughout the year.
Musselburgh stood out due to its high TripAdvisor score, with visitors praising its “first-class” service, hospitality packages and “terrific atmosphere.”
The racecourse also boasted a strong social media presence with about 46,200 followers across Instagram and X, and it was searched for on Google more than 186,100 times in the past year.
Despite its higher-than-average ticket prices, the racecourse’s high number of race days contributed to its positive rating.
Ascot took the top spot with a score of 7.97.
