Dundee midfielder Mo Sylla is “responsive” in hospital after collapsing in the dressing room at half-time in their defeat by Aberdeen, manager Tony Docherty says.
The 30-year-old Frenchman had played the first half of the Scottish Premiership encounter at Dens Park before falling ill.
“Mo took a turn at half-time in front of his team-mates and it wasn’t a nice thing to see,” Docherty said after the 2-1 defeat.
“The medics were involved and we had to get the players out of there.
“He’s responsive up in the hospital at the moment. So we’ll just need to assess it and see how he is over the weekend.”
Sylla joined Dundee last August, having previously played for Oldham Athletic, Aldershot and Hartlepool United.
