Lindex Group has named Riku Lyly as interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) of its Stockmann division, starting on 15 August.
The company announced last month that current COO Tove Westermarck is leaving the company to join a new employer, but she “will support Lyly to secure a smooth transition”.
Lyly has worked at the Stockmann division since 2021 and is currently Chief Offering and Experience Officer. Prior to Lindex Group, he held marketing director roles at Adidas Nordics and commercial leadership roles in the XXL Sports & Outdoor e-commerce organisation.
Group CEO Susanne Ehnbåge said his “strong international experience in brands, offering development and commercial strategy implementation will be a great asset in further improving the Stockmann division’s business and profitability”.
And Lyly himself added: “We will focus on delivering our profitability targets through the must-win areas — combining strong offering, commitment to loyal customers and a unique omnichannel experience with continuous improvement in the efficiency of our operations.”
