British lingerie brand Lounge is to release a summer limited-edition collection with Australian swimwear brand Kulani Kinis.
Calling it ‘the collab you never knew you needed’, the combo sees Lounge’s “delicate lace details” meeting Kulani Kinis’ “signature playful prints” to create a collection that we’re told is “the perfect blend of two iconic brands”.
With two new underwear sets, four different accessories, and 12 swimwear styles it has a total of 47 pieces, with the companies saying the collection “has been designed to fill the suitcases of holidaymakers everywhere”.
It also includes reversible tote bags and men’s swimwear.
They said the collection’s been in the making for just under a year, with “notable highlights” including a visit from the Kulani Kinis team at Lounge HQ and a joint photoshoot on the Italian Amalfi Coast.
Each brand “brings their unique expertise to the collection”, with Lounge creating two limited-edition underwear designs, and Kulani Kinis bringing two brand-new printed patterns to life across the entire range: ‘Sweet Pea’ and ‘Wild Flower’.
Melanie Marsden, co-founder of Lounge, said: “This collaboration felt like a natural next step for us. With Lounge’s extraordinary growth in the UK and Europe and Kulani Kinis’ presence in the USA and Australia, this was the perfect opportunity for both brands to broaden each other’s reach while creating this collection.”
The collection will be available to purchase online via both brands from 11 August.
