At long last, the entirety of Kentucky basketball’s season schedule has been finalized — even if it took until there were six games left in the year to do it.
Tip-off times and TV designations for the Wildcats’ home matchups vs. Auburn on March 1 and LSU on March 4 have been to-be-determined all season, the former given either 1 or 4 PM ET slots on ABC or ESPN and the latter either 7 or 9 PM ET on ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU. Today, those final designations have been announced.
Kentucky will host Bruce Pearl and the top-ranked Tigers on Saturday, March 1 at 1 PM ET, live on ABC. As for the Tigers of Baton Rouge, the Wildcats will host LSU on Tuesday, March 4 at 7 PM ET, live on ESPN2.
Pretty solid draw for both, all things considered.
