Katie Boulter and Alex de Minaur have received an outpouring of support from tennis players all over the world after they announced their engagement on social media.
The tennis power couple have been dating since March 2020 and have been inseparable ever since.
And they’ve now taken their relationship to the next level with Boulter showing off a huge diamond engagement ring on her left hand.
The 28-year-old took to Instagram to post a photo of the pair with her arm wrapped around De Minaur, showing off the ring.
She captioned the post: “We’ve been keeping a small secret…”

Their announcement was well received by their peers with a host of tennis stars congratulating them on their engagement.
Emma Raducanu replied: “Congrats!!”
Laura Robson also wrote: “You cutieesss. Best pre-season news ever.”
Fellow British star Heather Watson added: “You two beauties.”
Jodie Burrage followed suit, writing: “YES YES YES.”
Australian tennis ace Thanasi Kokkinakis joked: “About damn time.”
Both Boulter and De Minaur have spoken admirably about one another’s impact on their own careers since they began dating.
Boulter enjoyed a career-best year on the WTA Tour in 2024 having cracked the world’s top-20 for the first time.
De Minaur has similarly reached new heights, climbing inside the men’s top-10 on the ATP Tour.
Speaking earlier this month, Boulter admitted that the Aussie ace has helped her ‘push her boundaries’ to new levels.

“Anyone who has watched our journey has seen us grow together on the court and off the court,” Boulter began, speaking to Sky Sports.
“For me, it’s such a lovely feeling to know that everything is going well on the court, and we can still enjoy time away from the court together.
“I feel like we’ve really helped each other in so many different ways. Firstly, he’s there for advice.

“He’s got some credence, so I have to take his advice on board, and I don’t mind listening to him once in a while. I don’t know if he takes it well from me, but he knows what he’s doing.
“He’s already been on the journey that I’m on right now. I’ve probably been on it a bit longer, so I have a slightly different perspective, which I can help him with, and he can help me with the ranking side of things.
“It’s pushed my boundaries even more and given me belief that I can be where he’s at right now.”
