The hotel is rated the best in Rutland on TripAdviser and, as Head Chef, the right applicant would be in charge of maintaining this excellent reputation while adding original flare and imagination to developing a new menu.
The ideal applicant, according the the Hiring Team, “would currently hold a Head Chef or Sous Chef position and have a variety of a la carte experience in Rosette standard restaurants and ideally event catering.”
