Edinburgh Printmakers is inviting applications from early-career artists (up to 5 years professional experience) with a passion for intaglio and etching processes to undertake bespoke supported paid residencies in our studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
6 residencies over two years will be awarded to talented early career printmakers, supporting the development of etching and intaglio skills to enable them to pursue a high-level career in printmaking. 3 residencies will be awarded to graduates with up to 3 years’ experience and 3 to artists with 3-5 years professional experience.
With Jerwood Foundation funding, artists will be awarded a residency bursary and a year-long membership to the studio. They will be supported by Edinburgh Printmakers’ studio printmakers. Accommodation will be provided in our onsite artists’ flat.
