Italian fashion group Only The Brave (OTB), whose brands include Diesel and Jil Sander, still intends to list but will wait for ideal market conditions to do so, its Chairman said on Tuesday.
“I want the listing, I think it’s the right step for a company. But now is not the ideal time to go public… I’m waiting for the market to be in ideal conditions,” Renzo Rosso said at the Mediobanca Luxury Goods conference in Milan.
In May he said the group, which had a turnover of 1.9 billion euros ($2.12 billion) in 2023, would push its listing to 2026.
