Go Golf is to convert an industrial unit at the Eccleshill Business Park, Darwen, into a golf simulator centre with virtual golfing bays and bar.
It will operate as a members only destination but will invite local schools for introductory sessions to drive more of the younger generation towards golf as an accessible sport.
The unit will hold six high-tech golf simulator bays, as well as a putting area, lounge and bar.
The developers aim to remove the difficulty and learning curve from golf to make it more accessible through digitalisation.
