A controversial FA Cup win over Leicester barely masked United’s inconsistency, with defensive lapses and an uninspired attack holding them back. In their last league outing, Ruben Amorim’s team lost 0-2 at home to Crystal Palace.

This Premier League clash takes place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England and kicks off on Sunday, February 16 at 4:30 p.m. local time (GMT).
Tottenham have a trio of important players returning this weekend. Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, left-back Destiny Udogie, and midfielder James Maddison have all been passed fit for the game.
Postecoglou is being patient with the returns of Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero and Richarlison, so those three are not expected back until at least later this month. Timo Werner and Brennan Johnson are back in light training but, again, they may not be risked until completely ready.
Dominic Solanke and Wilson Odobert are not far off returning but will not feature against United. Radu Dragusin is out for the season.
Tottenham predicted XI (4-3-3, right to left): Vicario (GK) — Porro, Danso, Gray, Udogie — Bergvall, Bentancur, Maddison — Kulusevski, Tel, Son
Injured: Dragusin (knee), Odobert (thigh), Solanke (knee), Romero (thigh), Van de Ven (thigh), Richarlison (calf), Johnson (calf, doubt), Werner (thigh, doubt)
Suspended: None
The latest setback suffered by Luke Shaw means he is not likely to play again until at least the end of the month, although it depends on how his recovery progresses. With Lisandro Martinez done for the season, that means Matthijs de Ligt will likely start as the left centre-back.
Patrick Dorgu made his debut against Leicester as a right wing-back, but Amorim may decide to switch him and Diogo Dalot from the off here. Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte has become the favoured central partnership in midfield, and Kobbie Mainoo‘s ineffective recent displays in attack could see him replaced in the lineup by Joshua Zirkzee.
Man United predicted XI (3-4-2-1, right to left): Onana (GK) — Yoro, Maguire, De Ligt — Dalot, Ugarte, Fernandes, Dorgu — Amad Diallo, Garnacho — Zirkzee
Injured: Martinez (knee), Shaw (undisc.), Mount (thigh), Evans (back), Bayindir (undisc., doubt)
Suspended: None
