They’ve just announced a new batch of live shows but how can you get your hands on Coldplay tickets for their new 2025 tour dates?
Earlier this year, the band delivered a glowing Glastonbury Festival headline slot — quite literally. With bespoke LED wristbands distributed throughout the crowd and reacting to the band’s setlist, the show was a treat for the eyes as well as the years and a stand-out moment for the UK’s biggest performing arts festival.
If you were watching it on telly and wishing you were there, then you’re in luck. This euphoric and colourful indie-pop act have revealed plans to hit the road next year for a select number of live shows. However, there’s a catch. These gigs will be the band’s only UK dates which means if you miss them here, you won’t get to see them at all — on home turf at least.
Still, there’s no need to panic. Read on for all the details you need about how you can secure Coldplay tickets and guarantee an evening you won’t forget in a hurry.

Tickets for Coldplay’s 2025 UK shows go on general sale at 9am BST on Thursday, 27 September from Ticketmaster, Gigs and Tours and See Tickets.
However, those who pre-order the band’s new album Moon Music from the official Coldplay UK or EU stores will gain exclusive first-ticket access via a pre-sale which takes place at 9am BST on Thursday, 26 September.
This will be accessible via an access code that will be sent to the inboxes of all those who have pre-ordered Coldplay’s new record.
While codes don’t guarantee access to tickets, those who make it through to the purchasing page will be able to buy six tickets for the band’s Wembley dates, or four for their Hull show.
Coldplay have announced live shows for 2025 — but not a full UK tour. The band will play two dates at Hull’s Craven Park Stadium on 18th and 19th August before embarking on six shows at London’s Wembley Stadium on 22nd, 23nd, 26th, 27th, 30th and 31st August.
According to the band, 10% of the proceeds made from these performances will be donated to the Music Venue Trust, with each Wembley show relying solely on solar, wind and kinetic energy.

Despite knowing show dates and ticket presale details, we still don’t know exactly how much Coldplay tickets might cost when they officially go on sale later this month.
That said, judging by the cost of previous Coldplay tour tickets, you can expect to spend anywhere between £70 and £100 depending on which tier of ticket you opt for, be it standing or seated.
Those who miss out on these tickets also have a chance to buy Infinity Tickets later this year.
These very limited tickets are available at very low prices — starting from just £20 — and are randomly allocated, which means you could get seating or you could get standing. Either way, tickets are allocated in pairs and must be bought as such.
