From Aries through to Pisces, here’s what today could bring for your horoscope – and what you can do to be prepared.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)

Now that the pressure is off and you feel less stressed, you can take this chance to relax and view things from a different perspective. As you consider all you have recently been through you might acknowledge you handled some difficult situations very efficiently.

Taurus (Apr 21 – May 21)

You need something new to get your teeth into. Enrol on a study course that captures your imagination. Take any opportunity to make better use of your skills and creative potential. A workplace experiment could lead to an incredible breakthrough.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21)

A senior colleague is not as knowledgeable in some subjects as they make themselves out to be. If you follow their advice, you could get into trouble. If you have questions about someone’s words, views or directions, get a second opinion. Handle important issues on your own.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23)

An interesting offer will be received but this will need some thinking over. If it involves you having to take on more commitments or you’re being expected to pay upfront, is this really the fantastic opportunity someone is making it out to be?

Leo (July 24 – Aug 23)

Even if it is an inconvenience you seem to have no choice about having to attend an official meeting. You might be asked to take charge of arrangements at a moment’s notice or your boss will demand that you rejuggle your schedule in order to attend.

Virgo (Aug 24 – Sept 23)

Someone is promising bigger things than they can deliver. They may not intentionally do so but you will need to ask plenty of questions to determine which are the most realistic and sincere offers and which aren’t likely to ever happen.

Libra (Sept 24 – Oct 23)

There’s a temptation to pass on some work, tasks or responsibilities to someone else. If you do, you won’t be able to complain when they get all the credit. If you disagree with the increasing charges of some services, find out your rights.

Scorpio (Oct 24 – Nov 22)

It seems unfair to have to stand back and watch a workmate struggle. It might go against a senior colleague’s wishes, but you will find a way to help and support others and you will do this in a way that ensures no-one else finds out about it.

Sagittarius (Nov 23 – Dec 21)

The demands of a possessive friend or partner are making you uncomfortable. if you keep giving in and allowing them to get their own way, you’re in danger of losing your identity. You want to make people happy but you can’t do this when your own needs and feelings aren’t being acknowledged.

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 20)

Prepare well in advance if you are to entertain visitors from afar. Make use of your creative skills to add decorative touches to your home. Give careful thought to the comfort of your guests to make this an unforgettable visit. Are you single? Someone will be playing hard to get.

Aquarius (Jan 21 – Feb 19)

Discussions and activities within a local group will be mind-expanding. You could find yourself mixing with some unconventional people and it will be fun and entertaining to have this chance to see the world and others in it from a new perspective.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)

Go with a strong desire to remain close to home. Whether it’s because you want to avoid a friend or colleague who is being argumentative or you just want to get involved in a new domestic project is immaterial. What’s important is that you follow your own inclinations.
