Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has launched a new daily service to Singapore, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion. The inaugural flight, departing from London Heathrow, took off on Sunday, October 27, 2024, amid celebrations at the boarding gate. Passengers on the first flight were treated to cupcakes before boarding the Boeing 787 Dreamliner bound for Bahrain.
The new service offers daily flights from London Heathrow, with departures at 09:30 a.m. local time. The flight is scheduled to arrive in Singapore at 12:30 p.m. the following day.
In addition to the daily service from London, Gulf Air will also operate flights from Manchester five times per week. Flights from Manchester depart at 10:25 a.m. on Wednesdays through Sundays, arriving in Singapore at the same time as the London service.
For those traveling back to the United Kingdom, Gulf Air’s Singapore to London and Manchester flights will depart daily at 20:25 local time. The return flights are scheduled to land at 06:35 a.m. the next morning in both cities, providing convenient travel options for business and leisure travelers alike.
Passengers looking to travel from London Heathrow can book economy class tickets starting at £543, while premium travelers can enjoy the airline’s Falcon Gold Class, with fares starting from £2,030. From Manchester, economy fares begin at £557, with Falcon Gold Class priced similarly at £2,030.
With the addition of Singapore, Gulf Air continues to expand its international network, now covering 54 destinations across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
