Gigi Hadid has sent us to new heights with her latest look at Paris Fashion Week.
On Friday night, the model walked the Vetements SS25 runway show wearing a DHL packing-tape yellow strapless mini dress, which was reminiscent of Kim Kardashian’s Balenciaga AW22 look (which Lizzo also wore on her 2022 ELLE UK cover) that she wore to PFW for the brand’s show at Le Bourget exhibition centre that year.
Hadid styled the SS25 look with DHL taped-up pointed toe heels and wore her grown-out blonde bob textured. She walked alongside musicians Travis Scott and J Balvin at the star-studded show, attended by the likes of Ice Spice, Bella Thorne, Normani and Tom Daly.

As for Kardashian, her look consisted of a sports top and leggings covered in Balenciaga branded packing tape that covered her hand. She styled the unusual look with the company’s cult Hourglass handbag, which had also been covered in yellow and black tape.
Vetements’ co-founders, the Gvasalia brothers’ (Demna and Guram), relationship with DHL dates back to the brand’s SS16 show, which saw Russian streetwear designer Gosha Rubchinskiy wore a baggy yellow T-shirt, stamped with the postal service’s company’s logo, and cropped leather trousers on the runway.
When Demna left the brand in 2019 to launch Balenciaga, he brought with him a similar touch of humour on the catwalk, mixing high and low, with a bracelet resembling a roll of Sellotape.
Hours after the Vetements show, Hadid walked the Victoria Beckham runway catwalk and brought back ‘Atonement green’ in a midi dress that’ll undoubtedly be one of the most memorable of the season.
