Norwich City’s Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Sara has signed for Galatasaray for a reported £15.3m.
The 25-year-old joins the Turkish Super Lig club on a five-year contract after two seasons at Carrow Road.
He made 96 appearances for the Canaries, scoring 21 goals, after arriving from Sao Paulo in the summer of 2022.
Sara won the club’s player of the season award in his first campaign at Carrow Road and was selected in the Championship team of the season last term as the Canaries finished sixth, losing to Leeds over two legs in the play-offs.
Norwich said Sara had departed for “an undisclosed fee” but Galatasaray say, external they have paid 18 million euros for the player.
