Freddie Flintoff’s teenage son Rocky has stunned fans with his ‘uncanny’ big-hitting style like the England legend.
The 16-year-old batsman smashed three sixes and two fours in his unbeaten half-century for Lancashire’s second team against Durham on Thursday.
Fans were left rubbing their eyes after watching Flintoff unleash his dad’s distinctive short-arm pull shot at Old Trafford.
One fan said: ‘Son of English all-rounder the great Freddie Flintoff.. such an uncanny resemblance.’
A second said: It’s the dip of the head as he’s playing the pull. Very reminiscent of his father. Does he bowl as well?’

A third added: ‘Bats just like his dad. That bottom hand on the ‘punched’ pull shot – its uncanny.’
Rain interrupted the match, which also featured Rocky’s older brother Corey, 18, in the Lancashire line-up, and it ended in a draw.
Flintoff snr has been backed to be a top cricket after the former all-rounder returned to work with England’s white ball side last summer.
The 2005 Ashes hero made a gradual return to public life following his near-fatal Top Gear crash back in 2022, with the 46-year-old returning to work as an unpaid coach for the England one-day side.
Flintoff, who made 79 Test appearances during his playing career, joined up with the white ball team during their one-day series against New Zealand, after watching three Ashes Tests as an incognito guest of Keys’ over the summer.
Back in November, Flintoff took the biggest step in his return to cricket, being named as the head coach for the Northern Superchargeres for the upcoming Hundred tournament, after earning the plaudits of several England players including Stuart Broad, following his stint with Matthew Mott’s side.
But speaking on the Tailenders podcast, ECB managing director Rob Key hailed the former Lancashire player, stating: ‘When he got with the white-ball team, that was the first time he’d been seen in public and everyone loves seeing him, because you forget everyone grew up watching him.
