The Festival Producer will play a pivotal role in delivering the Black British Book Festival’s mission by ensuring the seamless execution of its events and programmes. This part-time role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, typically spread over three days, offering flexibility for remote work with occasional travel to Birmingham and across the UK for meetings and events.
With a salary of £15,000 per annum (£14.42/hour), this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Europe’s largest celebration of Black literature. Working closely with the festival director and partners, the successful candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring high-quality delivery of impactful cultural experiences.
