Ferragamo is expanding its offering by introducing its first silver jewellery collection. The new line will extend the Florentine luxury label’s jewellery range, which until now featured costume jewellery in brass and other materials.
The new line’s launch reflects the design approach of British creative director Maximilian Davis, who has used jewellery as a distinctive element and an integral part of his womenswear looks ever since he took charge of style at Ferragamo.
The line is characterised by fluid, organic shapes, and includes necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings inspired by Vara ornaments. It interprets Ferragamo’s design codes in contemporary fashion, blending tradition and innovation. Silver is the collection’s signature material, used to create the distinctive Vara plates and sculptural jewellery etched with the Ferragamo logo.
