The awards – run by responsible business network Business in the Community (BITCNI) in partnership with key sponsor Henry Brothers – reward and recognise businesses large and small and from every sector in Northern Ireland on exceptional, inspiration and impactful corporate responsibility action.
The awards are open until May 2, are free to enter, and winners will be announced at the Awards gala event on September 4 at ICC Belfast.
The 13 categories cover a range of themes including diversity, wellbeing, climate, technology, partnerships, and community impact. An individual will be recognised as the 2025 Responsible Business Ambassador and a top prize is awarded to the 2025 NI Responsible Company of the Year, currently held by building materials and timber product supplier JP Corry.
Vicky Davies, chair, Business in the Community said: “These awards provide a platform to showcase and celebrate the most innovative and inspirational responsible businesses.
“As the only Awards dedicated entirely to responsible business in NI, this is a unique opportunity for leaders in all areas of corporate responsibility to be recognised and rewarded for going beyond profit to be a force for good for society and the environment, and its serves as a way to inspire others to follow suit.”
The Awards take place in partnership with key sponsor Henry Brothers and in association with Ulster Business, U105 and Consello Group.
Ian Henry MBE, CSR director, Henry Brothers said: “As a company with people, planet, and place at the heart of its operations, Henry Brothers is committed to responsible business practices that have a tangible impact in the communities where we work.
“Now in our fourth year as a sponsor, we know first hand how the Responsible Business Awards present companies across Northern Ireland with the invaluable opportunity to showcase their sustainable efforts and promote good business practice.
“We understand the significant value that collaboration can have and believe it is important to support businesses that inspire positive change. We would therefore encourage all eligible companies to enter before the closing date of May 2, 2025.”
