Derby County midfielder David Ozoh could remain sidelined for another month after suffering an injury on the the eve of his comeback from a hamstring problem.
The 19-year-old Crystal Palace loanee last featured for the Rams in mid-September and missed six matches because of his previous injury.
He is now expected to miss the next four fixtures leading up to the November international break after hurting his quad muscle.
“He has had a setback, which is disappointing because that was his last day,” Warne told BBC Radio Derby.
“We wont see him before the international break, that is for sure.
“It’s a massive blow and he is obviously devastated because, realistically, by the time he comes back that is two-and-a-half months that we have been without him and he had a really good start.”
