SME specialist travel management company Corporate Traveller is introducing UK rail content to its online booking platform through a deal with specialist provider Trainline Partner Solutions.
Corporate Traveller, which is part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is offering UK rail bookings through its Melon booking portal with post-sales service also available for train content through Trainline’s global API connection.
Donna Joines, head of Corporate Traveller UK, said: “By integrating UK rail content through Melon, we’re truly enhancing our customer experience.
“With this upgrade, they can compare different train options side by side, including prices, travel times and available amenities. This transparency empowers them to make well-informed decisions based on their preferences and budgets.”
Andrew Cruttenden, general manager at Trainline Partner Solutions, added: “Interest in rail is growing across the business travel sector, particularly as awareness of business travel’s carbon footprint increases, so our tech plays a key role in offering travellers a wider choice as well as easy access via existing travel platforms.”
