About the Choir with No Name
CWNN has been running choirs and building joyful musical communities involving homeless and marginalised people since 2008, and they currently have choirs in Birmingham, Liverpool, London, Cardiff, Brighton Coventry and Sheffield. The Brighton choir is run in partnership with BHT Sussex. The choir is run on the premise that singing makes you feel good; it helps to build confidence, skills and genuine, long-lasting friendships. The choir rehearses each week, 47 weeks of the year, and they share a meal together at the end of rehearsal.

About the Role
This is an exciting and varied role working with our choir director, members and volunteers to support the safe and inclusive running of weekly rehearsals. You do not need any experience of running a choir or leading musically as this is not the role, but a love for music is important. You will need to be available to attend Monday night rehearsals in Hove and ideally have experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness or been through hard times. We are looking for someone with impeccable organisational skills and the ability to multitask, as well the ability to take a creative approach to delivering inclusive group activities. Experience in volunteer and project/event management is desirable as is the love of music and an understanding and commitment to the positive impact of singing and eating together.
