Spanish company Camperlab is launching its first eyewear collection for Spring/Summer 2025.
The eyewear range introduces two handcrafted designs that embody the brand’s signature surreal and distorted aesthetic with frames inspired by the same finishes and textures carried throughout the rest of its collection.
Notably, the Nopea, inspired by the Finnish word for “fast,” is a wrapped metal style featuring cut-out recycled steel frames. It is available in three finishes including powder-coated black, brushed matte silver, and silver chrome with mirror lenses.
Completing the collection is the Hirmu, loosely translating to “monster” in Finnish, which draws from the outsoles of Camperlab’s footwear collection. These chunky, textured frames, reminiscent of plasticine clay, come in earthy gray and dark brown, classic black, and a washed-out light yellow.
True to Camperlab’s ethos, sustainability is at the forefront of this collection. Frames are crafted from petroleum-free bio-circular acetate and recycled steel, while lenses feature energy-efficient poly renew technology. The packaging includes recycled PET cases and lens cloths.
Lastly, all styles are categorized UV400 offering the highest level of UVA and UVB protection.
The eyewear collection is now available to members online, and will launch in select Camper stores and global retailers on December 3.
