This is a fantastic opportunity for a music lover with a commitment to climate action to join Music Declares Emergency and work with us on our globally recognised NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET campaign.
You will help to continue to grow our NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET Movement, a thousands strong community of music fans dedicated to using their voice to call for urgent climate action.
The role will support our Campaign Manager and Director in ensuring that our 2025 campaigns continue to achieve nationwide recognition.
You will work with partner festivals, recording artists and music organisations to help create and deliver exciting and innovative campaigns which enthuse and encourage a positive view of climate action.
HOURS – PART TIME, 3 Days / 21 hours per week by arrangement, Monday mandatory
Salary – London Living Wage £1260.35 per month / £15,142.20 pa + pension contribution
– Have experience of curating and creating content for social media platforms, especially Tik Tok, Instagram, X and Facebook.
– Be excited by the opportunity to curate and grow our Tik Tok channel as your own project, engaging thousands of new music fans in climate action.
– Have a deep knowledge of popular music and culture and love going to festivals and gigs.
– Be a passionate defender of the planet and believe in the need for urgent climate action.
– Have some experience or understanding of the importance of analytics and data reporting in creating successful and impactful campaigns.
– Love the idea of being behind the scenes at festivals and gigs and working with creative people in music to deliver campaigns that excite fans and help to grow our movement.
– Be up for new challenges and excited to contribute to the growth of NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET across the world.
