Luxury jewellery brand Bulgari has recommitted to a sponsoring the upcoming Bafta Gala and EE Bafta Film Awards.
The new three-year deal makes Bulgari the Official Jewellery and Watch Partner for the events including Supporting Partner to the Official Nominees’ Party for the EE Bafta Film Awards on 18 February, held at the National Gallery in London’s Trafalgar Square, and on 19 February for the main event at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall.
The Italian house will also become the Official Supporting Partner to the Bafta Gala in 2025, the biennial fundraising event to generate funds for the association’s work supporting the next generation of creative talent.
Bulgari Group CEO, Jean-Christophe Babin said: “Bulgari’s rich history has been linked to cinema, and its brightest stars, in countless occasions and this partnership is a celebration of that important heritage. We look forward to seeing our creations shine on today’s creatives as they shined on Elizabeth Taylor, during her attendance at the BAFTA Film Awards in 1967.”
Jewellery from the Italian luxury house has been featured in films for the last 40 years, adorning the likes of Sharon Stone in Casino and Lady Gaga in House of Gucci. Audrey Hepburn, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Zendaya have also worn pieces.
