LIV Golf star Tyrrell Hatton headlines the 2024 Betfred British Masters at The Belfry this week.
Hatton will begin his quest to secure the necessary points to make Luke Donald’s 2025 Ryder Cup team in his first DP World Tour start since joining LIV.
He’ll be at the iconic Brabazon Course alongside other big names including Donald himself, Matt Wallace, Danny Willett, Guido Migliozzi and Rasmus Hojgaard.
New Zealand’s Daniel Hillier won this event last year while recent champions also include Thorbjorn Olesen, Richard Bland and Renato Paratore.
The tournament is hosted by legendary European Tour player Sir Nick Faldo.
This tournament is being held from Thursday, August 29 to Sunday, September 1.
It is taking place at The Belfry’s Brabazon Course in Sutton Coldfield. The course is a par 72, measuring 7,336 yards in length and includes the legendary short par-4 tenth hole.
Play for the opening two rounds will begin at 7:30am while the action will get underway at 9am over the weekend.

Six-time European Tour winner and current LIV star Hatton is the big name in the field this week.
The 32-year-old, who won the Arnold Palmer Invitational on the PGA Tour in 2020, is looking to earn points to make the Ryder Cup next year.
Hatton, who is also set to feature in the upcoming Dunhill Links and Open de Espana, will play his opening two rounds alongside former Masters champion Willett and Italian ace Migliozzi.
A host of other top DP World Tour players will also tee it up including Sami Valimaki, Marcel Siem, Thriston Lawrence, Pablo Larrazabal and Yannik Paul.
The full field, tee times and groupings have been confirmed and can be found here.

Ryder Cup captain Donald has welcomed Hatton’s participation this week.
Donald said: “Look, I am excited to have as many players as I can to choose from and to be eligible and I am glad that Tyrrell is playing this week.
“He’s obviously done everything he needed to do as per the DP World Tour policy and I hope he can be one of the guys I can look for next year as someone that is eligible.”
Hatton’s LIV team-mate Jon Rahm is also intending to play enough tournaments to keep his Ryder Cup eligibility and Donald added: “I’ve had many conversations with Jon.
“He absolutely knows what the deal is. Nothing has changed from last year. I think he knew when he signed for LIV what the policies were on the DP World Tour. You have to play your four.
“Per all the policies, he can pay the fines or he can appeal like some of the guys have and that gives him the opportunity to do that. He knows that.
“It’s really up to him to do that and I hope very much that he wants to do that and become eligible.
“He certainly mentioned at the PGA Championship (in May) that he was willing to do whatever it took to commit to me and the team. Again, I hope that happens.”
