Manjul Rathee: There are a few things I wish I’d known when I started out. My first piece of advice is to always keep your summit in sight. Progress is rarely rapid so it’s important to keep reminding yourself that even a small win is pushing you in the right direction. I would also encourage founders to find their confidantes. No one tells founders that they are doing a good job so it’s important to find people you trust who you can go to for reassurance and to share your vulnerabilities.
