In what has become a yearly tradition, Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars will once again head overseas and play back-to-back games in London during the 2024 NFL season. 

This time, fans in the UK will be treated to a showdown of No. 1 overall picks.

Lawrence — the top overall pick in 2021 — will face off against 2024 No. 1 pick Caleb Williams and a revamped Bears offense in what promises to be a high-scoring affair. In addition to Williams, the Bears added star receiver Keenan Allen and drafted Rome Odunze with the 9th overall pick to go with D.J. Moore in what could be the NFL’s most talented wide receiver room.

This will mark the ninth trip to London for the Jaguars, who have served as the most-traveled NFL squad since the NFL initiated its Global Market initiative over a decade ago.

There’s plenty for Jaguars fans to be optimistic about entering the 2024 season. Jacksonville drafted stud receiver Brian Thomas Jr. and signed former Buffalo Bill Gabe Davis to help out Lawrence, who’s in a contract year. The Jaguars also bolstered their interior defense and strengthened their secondary, two areas of weakness that led to their second-half collapse and underwhelming 9-8 record last year. 

Jacksonville is the designated road team for the clash at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. They’ll stay in London as the designated home team one week later against the Patriots at Wembley Stadium.
