Aurigny restarts shelved UK routes
Aurigny is restarting three UK routes on Friday, which were temporarily closed down earlier this year because of the airline’s reliability problems.
Flights to Liverpool, East Midlands and Exeter airports have been suspended since 4 June.
Aurigny said the airline would continue to use two wet-leased planes to provide “resilience” until a new ATR plane arrived later this month and a fifth ATR is due to arrive in September.
Sudeep Ghai, the airline’s chief commercial officer, said: “We are pleased that our route network is returning to normal service and thank our customers for their patience and understanding over the last few months.
