Asda customers are keen to get their hands on a new sweet treat from Krispy Kreme.
The supermarket, which is a favourite among shoppers thanks to its wide range of household goods and necessities such as food, cleaning products, baby care items and more, also offers a vast selection of trendy homeware, clothing, and limited edition releases.
Founded in Leeds on February 19, 1949, the store is celebrating its 76th birthday today. Asda has a devoted customer base, with shoppers eager to purchase a medley of products.
Recently, a new version of Krispy Kreme doughnuts caught the attention of customers. A photo of the delicious new treat was shared on social media by popular food and snack account New Foods UK.
The account has gained a dedicated following of over 371K on the popular social media platform Instagram, where it regularly posts photos and videos of new products found in supermarkets and shops across the country. This usually sparks excited discussions among followers, who are happy to share their thoughts and opinions on the featured foods.
Recently, New Foods UK posted an image of Krispy Kreme’s new doughnuts, made with Nestle Munchies flavouring.

Krispy Kreme’s new doughnut is a drool-worthy treat that’s captured the nation’s sweet tooth. According to the brand’s website, this concoction is “where gorgeously gooey caramel meets our famously fluffy, made-fresh recipe”.
The description goes on: “Bursting with dreamy caramel kremeTM, drizzled with caramel and topped with a much-loved Munchies sweet, our scrumptiously squared superstar is double the fun and double the flavour.”
The confection is not only available in Krispy Kreme shops but also at a slew of supermarkets and via online orders through “Nationwide Delivery or Click and Collect”—though they’ll only be around until April 8, 2025. The iconic doughnut chain encourages fans: “Get them while they last!”
New Foods UK shared a snapshot of the Munchies doughnuts at Asda, captioned simply with: “New @krispykremeuk Munchies doughnuts spotted at Asda!”
