Armani/Casa is set to launch its first real estate development project in southern Brazil with luxury real estate developer Embraed.
Dubbed “Armani/Casa Residences by Embraed,” the 78-storey building will be located in Balneário Camboriú, a resort town in the state of Santa Caterina.
The Armani/Casa Residences will feature 113 luxury residential units, 31 of which will be highly exclusive, with customisable layouts, private pools, and gardens. The building will rise 270 metres above the coastline and occupy a 3,500-square-metre plot.
“This new project is a deeper exploration of my lifestyle concept,” said Giorgio Armani. “The collaboration with Embraed ensures the standards of excellence and quality to which I aspire, and which are essential to me, while the location in such an expansive natural setting, overlooking the sea, adds a special meaning to the entire initiative.”
With apartments spanning up to 1,100 square meters in size, the project is expected to have a general sales value of BRL 1.5 billion, when it launches in 2026.
“This partnership is the result of work that began in 2022, when we went to Italy and presented the project, Embraed’s standards and Balneário Camboriú’s unique location, all key differentiating factors for the feasibility of the collaboration between the two brands, which was subject to Giorgio Armani’s rigorous analysis before the final decision,” added Tatiana Cequinel CEO of Embraed’. “This address is the perfect location for a project with such unique features.”
