Premier fashion/lifestyle brand Alo Yoga has opened its first store in the Republic of Ireland in Dublin.
The Los Angeles-based brand, which specialises in luxury activewear “inspired by mind-body wellness”, said the opening on the city’s premier location, Grafton Street, represented a milestone in Alo’s continued European expansion, “bringing the brand’s luxurious, high-performance apparel to the heart of renowned shopping destinations”.
To celebrate the latest launch, the opening was accompanied by a series of events and experiences including curated activities such as yoga, Pilates, boxing classes, and invigorating run clubs led by renowned instructors and community leaders.
These events offer attendees “a taste of Alo’s commitment to building a global community rooted in mindfulness, movement, and connection”, it said.
The latest Dublin store builds on the success seen in London, where Alo (an acronym for Air, Land, and Ocean) initially opened a store on the King’s Road, in November 2023. This was followed by a 10,000 sq ft flagship opening on Regent Street, a 6.000 sq ft store on Brompton Road store in Knightsbridge in late August followed by a further 5,000 sq ft store on Covent Garden’s popular Seven Dials this autumn.
Alo Yoga was founded in Los Angeles in 2007 with a mission to cultivate a dedicated community of celebrities and influential figures worldwide, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Hailey Bieber, and Kaia Gerber.
