Katie Wood has asked Norwich City Council permission to sell and serve alcohol from Groves, which will be located at 65 Grove Road.
The premises are on a parade of shops near Brazengate and were formerly occupied by Reality Property Specialists before its closure last year.
Groves will be located in the former Reality estate agent in Grove Road (Image: Google) Groves’ proposed opening hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. It would be closed on Sundays.

All trade will be carried out on the ground floor, with a small upstairs space used as a stock room office.
Just next door is Harvey Butcher which celebrated 100 years of business in December.
The family-run meat market has been at the Grove Road location since 1985 after moving from Tombland because it was easier to get to.
