We all know travelling abroad doesn’t come cheap. From Paris to New York, many iconic locations draw millions of tourists annually and are fixtures on many holidaygoers’ bucket lists.

Experts at Compare the Market have analysed over 30 popular holiday destinations based on factors such as the average cost of accommodation, dining, and entertainment, to determine the most expensive.
The team then researched affordable alternative options for the 10 priciest locations that offer a similar experience and revealed how much people could save.
