The German river line said the restructure of the UK team will see regional sales manager Emma Rodgers reporting directly to UK & Ireland managing director Lucia Rowe.
The role of sales director, currently held by Michelle Daniels, is being made redundant once she has completed a handover within the business.
Rowe said: “Against our expectations, 2024 has been more of a challenging year so far and based on this we were required to realign the structure of the business in the UK.”
A-Rosa added that it was “keen to reiterate its commitment to the UK market and its B2B strategy”.
“The team in the UK will continue to provide all the training and support needed by its trade partners and travel agents, as well as further growing the A-Rosa brand in this important market,” said the line in a statement.
