Which role was the most important early hire you made?
Gareth Burrows: When I think back on the most important early hire at Breathe, it has to be Louise, our head of partnerships. Over the last 11 years, she’s built the largest HR partner program in the UK, with over 900 HR consultants who trust us and confidently recommend Breathe to their clients.
