The Kentucky women’s basketball team didn’t have much time to celebrate Sunday’s rivalry win over Louisville. The Wildcats are back in action tonight to host Purdue Fort Wayne less than 48 hours after taking down the Cardinals for the first time since 2015.
But just because there’s a quick turnaround time in between games, that doesn’t mean we can’t bask in the glory of beating UK’s little sibling for a bit longer. The UK Sports Video team has blessed us with a women’s basketball version of “The Journey”, which takes us inside the pregame and postgame locker room atmosphere during Kentucky’s 71-61 overtime win against the Cards.
