ANDY Murray is set to embark on an exciting new venture following his retirement from professional tennis.
The three-time Grand Slam winner has announced his first-ever theatre tour titled Centre Stage, which will take place in June 2025.

Murray said: “After I retired this Summer, I wanted to try some different things.
“I don’t think a tennis player has done anything like this before so it felt like a great challenge for me.
“I haven’t stepped on a tennis court for a long time, so hopefully my fans will enjoy seeing me in this new setting.”
The Centre Stage tour will consist of four shows across the UK, giving fans a unique opportunity to connect with the sporting legend in an intimate setting.

To enhance the audience’s experience, the BBC’s Scottish sports broadcaster Andrew Cotter will accompany Andy on stage throughout the tour.
In an effort to create a more intimate and authentic environment, mobile phones will not be permitted during the shows.
The decision also aims to encourage greater interaction between Andy and his fans.
