Busy fashion brand Wax London has two launches to celebrate: a campaign to promote its biggest capsule collection to date and its arrival in the fragrance space.
First is its “compelling” hero film ‘Back to Life’, shot at Gerry’s Club in London’s Soho that throws the spotlight on a new generation of jazz musicians Abel, David, Chelsea, Josh, and Jackson to “illustrate their passion to continue the legacy of their chosen genre”.
Wax London noted that its narrative-driven campaigns “continue to play an important role in how [we bring our] collections to life”.
By “embracing the vibrancy of the city they call home and shining a spotlight on the young creatives who inhabit it… they resonate with the brand’s core values and appeal to their audience alike”, it said.
Moving into the fragrance arena, the brand’s two-piece collection is inspired by ‘Memories from Moments in Our Lives’.
The ‘Magna’ and ‘Holm’ scents, now available online, are designed, manufactured and bottled in the UK to feature alongside their companying candles.
Magna, we’re told, “interprets the essence of childhood nostalgia and timeless tradition” with a “comforting musky embrace of warmth and familiarity”. It features top notes of Frankincense and Smoky Musk, middle notes of Aged Tobacco and Distressed Leather and base notes of Oakmoss and Amber.
Meanwhile, Holm “captures the excitement of building a life in a bustling city”. The “elegance and distinction” of the fresh and light scent “harkens back to the feeling of forging milestone moments in the place you now call home”. The top notes include Orange rind, Violet leaves and Lime, middle notes feature Jasmine Patchouli and Orange blossom and base notes encompass Cedar, Musk & Amber.
