The championship, held for a third successive year in Coventry, runs until Sunday.
Categories include the standard Rubik’s Cube, as well as other sizes from 2×2, up to 7×7.
There are also “twisty puzzles” challenges, such as the Pyraminx, Megaminx, Clock, Skewb, and Square-1.

However, only competitors representing the UK will be able to win the champion title at the Coventry gathering.
It comes after the European championship was held in Spain, external, in July.
