Good American, the size-inclusive fashion brand co-founded by Emma Grede and Khloé Kardashian, has named Paul Griffin as its new president, succeeding Melissa Anderson.
Griffin, previously president and CEO of SMCP Group—parent company of fashion labels Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, and Fursac—brings extensive experience in managing luxury and fashion brands in North America. Since joining SMCP in 2015, he has helped expand the company’s market presence including the launch of British fashion house Ted Baker in the U.S., and Canada.
Griffin’s appointment comes as Good American continues its physical retail expansion. The brand opened its flagship store last year at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, followed by new locations at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California, and The Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. The brand is expected to open two additional brick-and-mortar locations in the first quarter of next fiscal year.
Good American has also leaned into partnerships further expanding its customer base. Over the past year, the brand has collaborated with basketball star Angel Reese, supermodels Emily Ratajkowski, Irina Shayk, Cindy Crawford, and entertainment icon Queen Latifah.
