Acaden Lewis is ready to make the call.
According to 247 Sports and Made Hoops reporter Colby Giacubeno, Lewis has set a decision date for November 2nd at 2 PM ET.
The 6-foot-2 point guard is officially down to the Kentucky Wildcats, Duke Blue Devils, and UConn Huskies. He’s officially visited all three schools over the last two months and was widely expected to make a decision in time to sign during the fall signing period.
A consensus top-60 recruit, Lewis is ranked as high as 20th overall by Rivals, which also has him tabbed as the seventh-best shooting guard. He’s expected to play the point at the college level but has proven he can play effectively on and off the ball.
As of now, Kentucky is the heavy favorite to land Lewis. It would be the third recruit Mark Pope and Co. have secured in the class of 2025, joining Malachi Moreno and Jasper Johnson for what’s already shaped up to be a top-five class.
And that’s before a potential commitment from 5-star forward Caleb Wilson, who has made it no secret that he’d like to team up with Lewis at the college level.
