Chanel Beauté has opened The Magical House of Chanel pop-up in Harrods, featuring exclusive experiences as well as masterclasses and running until 24 October.
It’s offering the brand’s first look at limited-edition Holiday 2024 products — including the N°5 Collector’s Edition Eau de Parfum and the Holiday Makeup Collection — plus 15-minute, complimentary flash makeup and skincare services.
The label’s School of Makeup will also offer special-edition two-hour holiday masterclasses hosted by trained Chanel Makeup Artists.
And 10 October sees an in-conversation evening on brand heritage and the art of styling, encompassing Chanel Beauté and Watches & Fine Jewellery.
There are also non-beauty products such as a set of three glass Chanel baubles, and a unique Set of five Chanel N°5 Wish Cards “each printed and adorned with magical Chanel snowflakes with matching envelopes”.
New client experiences will be available with the opportunity to take complimentary Polaroid pictures in front of the Chanel fireplace at the pop-up and slide it into a branded sleeve “as a keepsake to take home”.
And a digital snow experience is also offered to clients at counter via a QR code. They “simply snap the subject at The Magical House of Chanel and an Al snow photo or video appears directly on their smartphone”.
Taking the general festive theme further, the brand lets shoppers create bespoke greeting cards to be printed at the counter and included in the wrapping of their gifts.
And each visitor can collect an illustrated Magical House of Chanel map featuring all the brand’s in-store locations and a QR code to book into the pop-up events on Harrods.com.
