Former Spice Girl and British icon Geri Halliwell-Horner and her F1 star husband Christian Horner are now enjoying the quieter side of life in their gorgeous country home with their children and animals.
The pair, who married in 2015, now split their time between their two family homes in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire.
The Spice Girls singer and F1 star live with their son Monty, Geri’s daughter Bluebell, and Christian’s daughter Olivia, and Geri frequently shares updates of their idyllic life on social media.
Banbury, where the pair live, is a market town on the River Cherwell in northern Oxfordshire.
The town is a bustling commercial and retail centre at the edge of the Cotswolds and is known for its natural beauty, nestled amid the gentle rolling hills.
Their Oxfordshire home fits in with the rural nature of the town, even boasting its own farm with chickens and donkeys that Geri dotes on.
The star shared a clip on her Instagram to her over one million strong following, showing a glimpse of her large garden whilst she held and cuddled one of her chickens.
Enamoured by the bird, she was thrilled by how friendly it was: “It’s a cuddly chicken. Oh my God. Who thought chickens could be cuddly?”
The couple also recently adopted a new puppy they have named Otis.
As well as chickens the couple also share ownership of several race horses which they have all renamed with titles from tracks from Geri’s solo career, including Look at Mee, Lift Me Up, Mi Chico Latino and It’s Raining Men.
When she’s not racing horses, Geri is an avid baker – an award-winning one even. She won the celebrity edition of The Great British Bake Off, and her home certainly reflects this, with a large cream-coloured AGA in her house.
In snaps she’s shared to Instagram you can see the comfortable modern country theme of her home with cream coloured appliances and muted tones throughout the kitchen.
