Morrison, who made his United debut as a 17-year-old in 2010, most recently played in America for MLS club DC United during Wayne Rooney’s time in charge.
The Jamaica international’s previous clubs also include West Ham, Birmingham City, QPR, Lazio and Sheffield United, while he made 38 appearances for Derby during the 2021-22 season before leaving.
