Tuesday was Picture Day for the Kentucky men’s and women’s basketball teams. A handful of the 2024-25 Wildcats took to social media to show off their new threads.
On the men’s side, Jaxson Robinson posted a picture of his #2 jersey while Andrew Carr, Trent Noah, and Brandon Garrison all posted quick videos of themselves in the clean blue and white uniforms. The jerseys appear to be the same as last season, but they sure do look good.
On the women’s side, their social media team got to work producing a TikTok that follows a popular meme format: asking players to sign pictures of younger versions of themselves. The reactions are always priceless. Saniah Tyler posted a couple of pictures in her Kentucky jersey while sitting on a basketball rim and also gifted us a TikTok of her dancing inside the renovated Memorial Coliseum.
But the best part of Picture Day? A short clip in the team’s practice gym of Tyler pretending to play quarterback where she threw a pass to All-American guard Georgia Amoore, who was rocking a UK football helmet for her route. Easy touchdown, of course.
