Cribbs Mall in Bristol is about to welcome three new arrivals to the West Country shopping centre, with Castore, Austen & Black and Kiko Milano taking a combined 2,340 sq ft of space.
Castore has secured a 573 sq ft space with the sportswear producer/retailer continuing its retail rollout across the UK.
Beauty brand Kiko Milano also continues its retail rollout with an 800 sq ft store featuring its professional make-up ranges centred on eye, lip, and face lines, as well as skincare treatments. Previous stores include ones in London’s Covent Garden and The Angel in North London.
Jeweller Austen & Blake is opening a 967 sq ft unit, adding to its 15+ stores across the UK, featuring custom-made jewellery ranging from engagement and wedding rings to special occasions and everyday looks.
Owner/operator M&G Real Estate said the trio of arrivals takes the centre to nearly 100% occupancy with their presence expected to further increase footfall at Cribbs Mall after it recorded a growth of 8% over 2023.
Portfolio director Scott Linard said: “These new arrivals enhance Cribbs Mall’s reputation as a hub for leading fashion, beauty, and jewellery brands in the West Country and will give our shoppers even more choice. We therefore look forward to continuing to grow our occupier mix to ensure we remain the leading shopping destination in the region.”
