Following news that Phoebe Philo’s third edit would also see the label expanding its wholesale distribution, that new edit has now launched as of this week.
It’s on sale alongside select pieces from the first two edits that were released just under a year ago and in March this year.
And the company said the three edits, “available simultaneously for the first time, mark the completion of an inaugural body of work”.
The third edit is extensive and features 55 new styles across all categories — ready to wear, leather goods, shoes and accessories. It will continue to arrive in two further deliveries over the months to come and the company said the current and next delivery “are the most significant in terms of volume”.
Last week it was announced that the originally-direct-to-consumer brand was adding more wholesale accounts following an initial move with Bergdorf Goodman.
The third edit with pieces from the first and second edits are now available on phoebephilo.com (which is the exclusive online store) and in-store at 10 Corso Como (Milan) and Bergdorf Goodman (New York).
Other stockist launch dates will vary.
Philo launched her much-anticipated label — which is minority backed by LVMH — last October. The former Chloé and Celine creative chief had waited six years since her departure from Celine to unveil a brand under her own name.
