Italian luxury house Versace has teamed up with RGZ Developers to design eight villas in the Nueva Andalucía area of Marbella.
With market values exceeding 10 million euros each, each villa will boast a distinctive and exclusive design, ensuring no two are alike in the world. These bespoke residences will feature interior design by Versace Home, the home and lifestyle brand of Versace, across all flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Spanning approximately 2,000 square-meters per plot, these luxurious homes will also include extensive private gardens with meticulously designed landscaping, personal wellness centers, and multiple swimming pools per property.
The gated community will feature state-of-the-art security controlled by artificial intelligence, providing 24/7 peace of mind for residents. Additionally, homeowners will enjoy five-star services.
This marks the first time Versace Home has undertaken such a project in mainland Europe, making it a landmark collaboration for the brand.
The first Versace homeware pieces were launched in 1992 and today includes furniture, textiles, porcelain, glassware, interior décor, and more. These home and lifestyle collections offer the same energy, refinement, and signature modernity of Versace fashion collections.
RGZ Developers is owned by Juan Manuel Reyes and José Luis Suarez of Grupo COPASA, which operates in 15 countries with an annual building portfolio of €2,000 million.
